Company History
American Home Remodeling Services, Inc. opened for business on January 15, 1992 with two
full-time employees and a small 300 square foot office. The primary focus of work was based
around roofing and siding, with estimated sales of $325,000 our first year of business.
As the need for home remodeling grew, so did the size of AHRS, Inc. Sales volume steadily
increased over the years and, in turn, so did the need for more employees. We also broadened
the scope of our services to grow the business.
During this growth period, AHRS, Inc. moved twice -- to a 1,200 square foot office space, and
then to our current location at 210 Carter Drive, Suite 5B in West Chester. This location gives us
a larger warehouse space so we can provide a higher level of service and better tend to the
needs of our customers.
Currently, AHRS, Inc. employs 13 full-time employees and offers a wide array of services which
include roofing, siding, windows, doors, trim, kitchen remodels, basement remodels,
additions, decks, custom homes, and commercial fit out or renovations.
In 2006, two new divisions were added to AHRS, Inc., a commercial division called American
Construction Group, specializing in commercial fit out, commercial additions, and a property
management company called Jaszczak Enterprise, LLC, specializing in lawn care, planting,
hardscaping, property maintenance, and snow plowing for residential and commercial
properties.
